- What are your firm’s specialties?
We provide all the standard accounting services as well as in-depth tax management and consulting. We specialize in corporate reorganization, trust and estate planning, and strategic tax planning. See our additional services here.
- Can I get an appointment outside of regular business hours?
Yes. Corporate and consultation appointments can be scheduled outside of office hours. Weekend and off-site appointments are also available.
- Do you offer online appointments?
Yes, we do. Contact us to schedule a virtual appointment.
- Do you perform legal services?
No. As CPAs, we undertake the professional tasks for which we are trained, as outlined by CPA Canada. However, we do frequently consult and collaborate with legal counsel to provide clients with the most efficient and accurate tax and business solutions.
- How do I send you my documents?
We offer complimentary courier pick-up and drop off services. You can upload documents using our secure and confidential Client Portal.
- Do your clients need to be local?
No, we welcome Canadian citizens from across the country and United States citizens dealing with Canadian property matters.
- Do you work on a retainer basis?
While every client’s needs are unique, in many cases we require a retainer.
- Will I be assigned one go-to representative, or will I work with a team?
Each of our team members has been handpicked for their unique set of skills, and whom you work with depends on your file. Every file, however, is consulted on by our principal, Kevin Beausoleil, a personal touch that distinguishes our firm from others.
